Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your HER.AMRY order. If you change your mind, you may have the right to cancel your online purchase under UK consumer law.

Right to cancel

For eligible online purchases, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unworn, with original tags attached and in a resalable condition. Please take reasonable care when trying on items. We may make a deduction from a refund where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

For hygiene reasons, sealed items may not be returnable once the seal has been broken where the law permits this exception.

How to request a return

Please contact HER.AMRY using the contact details provided on our website and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. You are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty, incorrect, or otherwise require a remedy under consumer law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please contact us and we will advise what options are available.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
